I saw it a week ago. I have now digested my many feelings.

My principal feeling was SO AWESOME OMG EMOOOOTIION. It was so good! It lived up to the hype! This stuff never lives up to the hype! So many, many feels...

I'm going to see the Avengers on Monday, but I'm already getting to the point where I'm thinking I'm just going to completely avoid LJ and tumblr until then. If I get spoiled I'll be well disappointed, so I'm going to put myself safely out of harm's way.

The next three days might well be the most productive I've had in a long time.

There's been a premiere. I've seen so many clips and photos that I suspect I might have actually seen half the film already. Interviews. Promo! Endless endless promo!

And yet it still seems so far away goddamnit.

SO MANY EMOTIONS. "We're not a team, we're a time bomb...' Everyone eyefucking everyone else. Loki's badass suit. So many, many things exploding. I reckon I should be hugely apprehensive, because this film cannot possibly live up to my anticipation. I need to seriously lower my expectations before actually seeing it.

I have officially written fic for a film that has not yet been released. I feel slightly comforted by the fact that many, many other people have also written stuff for The Avengers, despite it still being months away. I don't have any in depth thoughts on the Super Bowl trailer for The Avengers. At this point, pretty much all my thoughts related to this film boil down to one simple sentiment. WAAAAAAAANT.

The Aveeeeeengers trailer! OMG OMG OMG

My level of excitement for this film has officially reached ludicrousness. IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL.
